KROMAD offers a part-time position consisting of approximately 20 to 30 hours a week in a fast-paced, design-forward, pro-active environment. You should be ideas-driven with an infectious attitude to “get it done” and with excellent skills for administration and general office duties.

Our office is small but powerful. You’ll find it to be the perfect sized environment for learning. As our Administrative Assistant, you will be assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.


As our Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, faxes and forms
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Responding to service inquiries coming through email
  • Taking detailed minutes during certain meetings
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Send mail & prepare shippings



  • Must be available to work a few hours BOTH in-house & remotely
  • MUST be Montreal-based
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, …), iCal and Gmail
  • Most importantly, extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • MUST be bilingual
  • Able to work in a very fast-paced environment and meet deadlines!
  • And lastly, must have a fantastic sense of humor
